Do I need to order brownies ahead of time?

- You can come by the website and choose from our brownies. For orders of over 16 or specialty brownies, please call ahead and place an order.

Can I customize a Brownie message?

- You may get whatever phrase you want. There may be an upcharge and a character amount limitation.

Does Mocha Misk´i cater for special events?

- We love making brownies for all occasions and would love to be a part of your significant dates; therefore, we offer catering. We ask for you to set up an appointment so you can get the brownies that you love. Call us at (904) 270-9302

Does Mocha Misk´i offer local delivery?

- We deliver locally Monday through Saturday. This might vary on special holidays. To receive a delivery quote, call our shop at (904) 270-9302 with the zip code you´ll be delivering to. Early or late deliveries and rush deliveries are available at special rates. Please let us know if you are interested in these options, and we´ll accommodate your needs.

The minimal order for delivery is a box of 6 brownies.

Does Mocha Misk´i offer national delivery?

- We wrap our brownies carefully and package them to remain fresh when shipped outside Jacksonville. Due to special packaging and delivery options, there is a higher shipping charge. We deliver via courier; therefore, delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed. For shipping pricing, please call our store at 904 270-9302

Are your brownies handmade?

- Our brownies are completely handmade, from the first steps of mixing the chocolate with the batter to individually decorating each brownie. All brownies are also made with the freshest ingredients.

How long will my Brownies stay fresh?

To maximize the shelf life of brownies, after opening, place them in an airtight container or cover them with foil or plastic wrap to prevent drying out.
Properly stored, freshly baked brownies will last about 7 days at room temperature.

Can you freeze brownies?

To freeze, wrap brownies tightly with aluminum foil or plastic freezer wrap, or place them in a heavy-duty freezer bag.

How long do brownies last in the freezer?

Properly stored, they will maintain the best quality for about 6 months.

Do you offer Vegan brownies?

- We do have vegan brownies. If you would like to pick up some brownies, it is better to call us ahead to verify the availability of vegan brownies.

Do you offer gluten-free brownies?

- We also offer gluten-free brownies. If you want to pick up some gluten-free brownies, calling us to verify their availability is better.

Can I order brownies from Mocha Misk´i if I have a nut allergy?

- Mocha Misk´i is not a nut-free shop. If you have a nut allergy, please let us know. We cannot guarantee that there won´t be any nut particles in our brownies due to our high number of brownies with nuts.
