Do I need to order brownies ahead of time?

- You can come by the website and choose from the brownies we have. For orders of over 16 brownies or specialty brownies, please call ahead and place an order.

Can I customize a Brownie message?

- You may get whatever phrase you want. There may be an upcharge and a character amount limitation.

Does Mocha Misk´i cater for special events?

- We love making brownies for all occasions and we would love to be a part of you big dates; therefore we do offer catering. We ask for you to set up an appointment so you can get the brownies that you love. Call us at (904) 236-4770

Does Mocha Misk´i offer local delivery?

- We deliver locally Monday through Saturday. This might vary on special holidays. To receive a delivery quote, you may call our shop at (904) 236-4770 with the zip code you´ll be delivering to. Early or late deliveries and rush deliveries are available at special rates. If you are interested in these options, please let us know and we´ll accommodate to your needs.

The minimal order for delivery is a box of 6 brownies.

Does Mocha Misk´i offer national delivery?

- We wrap our brownies carefully and package them so, they maintain their freshness when shipped outside of Jacksonville. Due to special packaging and delivery options, there is a higher shipping charge. We deliver via courier; therefore delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed. Are your brownies handmade?

- Our brownies are completely handmade, from the first steps of mixing the chocolate with the batter to individually decorating each brownie. All brownies are also made with the freshest ingredients.

How long will my Brownies stay fresh?

To maximize the shelf life of brownies, after open, place in a covered airtight container or cover with foil or plastic wrap to prevent drying out.
Properly stored, freshly baked brownies will last for about 7 days at normal room temperature.

Can you freeze brownies?

Yes, to freeze: wrap brownies tightly with aluminum foil or plastic freezer wrap, or place in heavy-duty freezer bag.

How long do brownies last in the freezer?

Properly stored, they will maintain best quality for about 6 months.

Do you offer Vegan brownies?

- We do have vegan brownies. If you would like to pick up some brownies, it is better to call us ahead to verify the availability of vegan brownies.

Do you offer gluten-free brownies?

- We also offer gluten-free brownies. If you would like to pick up some gluten-free brownies it is better to call us ahead to verify their availability.

Can I order brownies from Mocha Misk´i if I have a nut allergy?

- Mocha Misk´i is not a nut-free shop. If you have a nut-allergy, please let us know. We cannot guarantee that there won´t be any nut particles in our brownies due to our high number of brownies with nuts.

Are there any shops outside of Jacksonville, FL?

- At the moment, our only shop is located in Jacksonville. We look forward to opening shops in different locations in a not so distant future.
